Little
League Baseball
North Pompano Beach Little League games and practices take
place in the evenings and on the weekends at North Broward
Park. The league is open to boys and girls ages 4-16. The
cost is $50 per child with a $5 discount for additional

Co-Ed Friday Night Softball
Male/female
softball is a no home run division ideal for first time teams where
having fun is the primary objective. No standings, awards or playoffs.
Season begins December 2009. Fees: $310/team.
Start
Smart Soccer
Ages 3-5 registration is on Dec 12. Program starts in
January. This specifically designed program is for
youngsters and their parents that teach the basics of
soccer in a fun and non competitive atmosphere.
Classes are once a week for 6 weeks. Class sizes are
limited be prepared to register early on December 12,
2009 at the civic center.
 Simply Soccer Camp
Next camp to be held during winter break Dec 28-30.
The camp is for boys and girls
ages 5-14, and of all skill levels, who will be taught a
variety of soccer skills from dribbling to shooting.
There are three sessions each day; a 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
session; an 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. session; and a special 9am-12
only for 5-6 year olds. Registration begins December 1, 2009 at the
Civic Center.
Campers will also enjoy optional swim time each day as well.
Camp will be held at Pompano Community Park. Campers must
bring a soccer ball, swimsuit, shin guards, water bottle and
lunch. You do not have to be a city resident to attend. For

Youth Soccer
Registration starts Nov 2. Cost is $45 for residents
and $90 for non residents. Age groups: 5-7, 8-10 &
11-14. This program teaches the fundamentals of
soccer including dribbling and shooting. Program
runs December -February and is usually two nights
per week at 6:00pm or 7:00 pm.
